TheScoutSource is an international scouting platform founded by Haris Lloris, with over 16 years of experience at leading European clubs. We combine strategic consultancy, advanced training, and global events to innovate the way football identifies, evaluates, and develops talent.
We act as trusted partner for clubs, coaches and agencies, providing verified intelligence, local presence, and tailored solutions. At the same time, we foster a global community of sporting directors, scouts, and young professionals, where theory, practice, and networking merge to shape the scouting structures of the future.
TEAM
Based in Milan, Haris is the founder of TheScoutSource. With over 16 years of experience in the football industry, Haris has worked with prestigious clubs including Norwich City, Trabzonspor, Genoa, Torino, and Reggiana. He brings an extensive international network and a proven track record in scouting and transfer operations, combining deep field expertise with a modern, data-informed approach to player recruitment.
Based in Seville, experienced across LaLiga and Primera RFEF (including Real Betis) Andres specializes in the Spanish and Portuguese talent markets. He holds a UEFA A Coaching License and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (CAFD). Combines academic preparation with practical experience in elite and semi-professional environments.
Based in Lyon, focused on talent identification across France (Ligue 1, Ligue 2, National) with strong emphasis on youth development.Adrien serves as Lead – Operational & Organizational, coordinating scouting processes and internal structures.He holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Business (Manager des Organisations Sportives) from AMOS – Sport Business School and completed an international study semester at European Sport Business School (Valencia)
Based in Bologna, Tommaso has gained experience with Bologna FC, Parma Calcio, and AC Reggiana, developing strong expertise in both live scouting and video management. He currently covers all professional levels in Italy, including Serie A, Serie B, Serie C, Serie D, Primavera competitions along with Eastern European market video coverage ensuring comprehensive monitoring of the domestic and international markets.
Based in Montevideo, Uruguay and former academy player of Liverpool, Boston River and Central Espanol Juan Martin focuses on the identification and monitoring of players across both Youth and Senior divisions. He possesses strong knowledge of several South American leagues, with particular specialization in live scouting in Uruguay and Argentina.
Based in Belgrade, Nikola Popović is a football scouting and recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience across the Balkans and European football. He has worked at both elite club and agency level, most recently as a First Team Scout for Olympique de Marseille, covering the Balkans and Austria. Throughout his career, he has specialized in identifying and recruiting young and senior talents across the Balkan region, guiding their professional development and career progression, with recruited players generating over €150 million in transfer value.
Based in Athens, Marios is a former academy player of Olympiacos. Following his playing career, he transitioned into scouting and player representation, gaining experience across both youth and senior football. He specializes in the Balkan markets and Cyprus where he has built a strong and trusted regional network. He has successfully contributed to the development and advancement of significant talents, supporting their transition into higher competitive levels.
Based in Florianópolis, Giovani is a senior scouting and recruitment professional with 12 years of experience in football talent identification, recruitment strategy, and department management across South America and Europe. He has held leadership roles at Athletico Paranaense, where he progressed from Scout to Head of Technical Scouting, and later served as Head of Recruitment at Avaí FC. He also worked as Global Scout for Sport Republic, contributing to recruitment and talent identification across its European multi-club network.
